Fans all over the country has always had a theory which claims that “celebrities don’t stay in marriage or should I say, their marriages does not always have a happy ending”, concurrently, the recent divorce of Juliet Mgborukwe has given her fans the impression which concludes their theory to be true.
The couple got married in October 2011, few months after their marriage, they separated, in 2012, this separation lead to a statement made by Juliet “the marriage is over cause of irreconcilable differences”
After lots of communication between the couple in 2014, they found love again and decided to give their marriage a second chance, the actress moved to the United States of America to have a fresh start with her husband, who is known as Chima Ojukwu.
They both welcomed their first child in 2015, a baby boy and later in 2017, they welcomed a baby girl. Nevertheless, in 2018, the social Medias became filled with news and screenshots which exposes some of the couple’s online verbal war from through their Instagram handles were Juliet claimed to have been physically assaulted by Chima which she posted a photo as proof on her Instagram handle, and Chima accused her of infidelity. She later announced her plans to divorce Chima over domestic violence.
On Tuesday, 10th of July 2018, Chima took to his Instagram handle to share text between Juliet and her alleged lover, he went further few days later to accuse her of using him to get a green card in the United States of America, he also revealed conversations he had with her sister where he threatened to deal with her not just with lawyers but along with killers as well.
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, Juliet posted a photo with the caption:
“After a whole year of sleepless nights, amidst the most challenging and emotional phase of my life, going through a divorce”
She continued on another post:
“The meetings, the mediation, the conferences, the trials, the tears, the joy, the fights, the prayers, the guilt, the smile, the laughter, the goal, the strength, the courage, the regret, the confusion, the depression, the glory, the loneliness, the truth, IT IS FINALLY OVER.
And again, she posted:
“Divorcing a Narcissist is one of the most painful and stressful situations you can ever imagine!”
“I wish it did not have to end this way but at the end of it, all that counts is what is in the best interest of my beautiful babies”
“After years of not wanting to let go, I have conquered my greatest fear of losing my family but I also gained the strength to never give up and the love to put my children’s needs before my own”
“I am a ‘MOM’ first and that is what I will always be. Divorce is no joke and should not be an option in your marriage. But if it puts your life and your kids’ life at risk, all I will say to you is please be brave”
“OFFICIALLY DIVORCED TODAY plus Donald Trump got impeached today too. OH Well”

Reacting to her statement Chima Ojukwu took to his Instagram handle to express his joy, in his word he claimed “he is joyful in whipping the devil’s ass”, he went further to tell his own story through a rap song.
